Why speak with yet another headhunter?
ChipStaff is very low volume;
the target we set is 80% of candidates get a minimum of a telephone screen.
And the longer we work with you the greater the chance that we will
exceed that metric.
So if you're tired of,
- Candidates that are clearly not qualified.
- Receiving the resume from 5
other recruiters, or posted on Monster / Dice etc.
- Won't or can't relocate. (if there is a 13 year old child involved then the
engineer can't relocate!)
- Engineer is clearly a total
cultural mismatch or role mismatch.
Then maybe it is worthwhile giving us a call, you certainly
have little to loose.
